Reetika Rathore · Founder

She spent 12 years
inside the system
you're navigating.

After a decade inside Baxter, Coca-Cola and Reliance Retail — she saw the same invisible ceiling everywhere. Capable people. Doing everything right. Hitting a wall no skills training could touch.

That gap is what LevelUp People was built to close.

What she saw · And decided to fix

When EQ is missing,
everything suffers.

The real cost of ignoring the inner world — for people and for organisations.

Universities build IQ. Companies run skills programmes. But the inner world — how to handle pressure, navigate relationships, manage the automatic responses that fire before you can choose differently — was almost entirely absent.

The gap between who people were and who they could be wasn't a talent gap. It was an EQ gap. Reetika watched it cost organisations their best people — and cost individuals their highest potential.

"I wanted to build something that aligns EQ and IQ — so people don't just survive in their organisations. They thrive in their lives."

People arrive capable — and leave stuck
Talented people join with potential and quietly struggle because no one taught them to manage what's running underneath.
Organisations lose their best people
High attrition, failed retention programmes — because the root cause was never addressed. Only managed.
Performance collapses under real pressure
Emotional suppression and invisible patterns drain the energy that should be going into the work.
Capability and confidence disconnect
Even strong performers start doubting themselves — not because they're underperforming, but because the inner work was never done.
The journey

From Jaipur to Bangkok -
built from the inside out.

Growing up in Jaipur, Reetika built a career across some of India's most demanding corporate environments — Baxter, Coca-Cola HCCB, and Reliance Retail. She was good at the work. She understood what organisations needed. But she kept seeing the same invisible wall: capable people, doing everything right, hitting a ceiling no skills training could touch.

The turning point came at Coca-Cola, leading talent and early talent programmes at scale. The people entering were intelligent, driven, qualified. But the moment real pressure arrived — navigating relationships, managing the inner world under stress, stepping into leadership — the absence of emotional intelligence became undeniable. Skills training was everywhere. The inner work was almost entirely absent. And that absence was showing up directly in retention numbers, in performance, and in the quiet suffering of people who deserved better.

"The gap wasn't about capability. It was about patterns running automatically — before people could even choose differently. That's the level where this work operates."

Then came Bangkok — marriage, a new country, a new language, a completely new identity to build. Reetika used every method she now teaches on herself first. The move wasn't just a life change. It was proof that the work works — that you can shift not just your thinking, but who you are at the root.

How I work

Four things that never change
about every session.

🎯
Transformation over coping

The goal is never to help you manage what's holding you back better. It's to remove it ?? permanently. Not suppressed. Gone.

🔬
Precise over general

Every session targets the specific pattern, not a vague area of growth.

🪞
Honest over comfortable

Safe, warm, and judgement-free ?? and honest.

🌱
Your pace, your terms

The work goes as deep as you're ready to go.

The person

Beyond the credentials,
there's a human.

"Everyone already has the potential. My job is to help them reach their highest version of themselves."

Reetika grew up in Jaipur — a city where philosophy and a deep understanding of the human mind have always been part of daily life. She has read widely across Indian Shastras and Vedic texts for as long as she can remember.

The Vedic and Shastra texts describe emotional patterns with a precision that modern psychology is only beginning to catch up with. That's not spirituality. That's a 3,000-year head start on understanding the human mind.

Every tool Reetika teaches, she has used on herself first. The move from India to Bangkok — a new language, a new culture, a completely new identity — meant she didn't just study transformation. She lived it.

What I believe that most coaches don't

What clients come with

You'll recognise yourself
in at least one of these.

These are the patterns that show up most — across professionals, students, executives, and people in transition.

Career stagnation despite strong performance
You're delivering. You're capable. Recognition and the next level keep not arriving — and you can't figure out why.
Confidence that collapses under pressure
Clear in private. Smaller in the room. You know what to say — and something stops you from saying it when it actually matters.
Patterns that repeat no matter how much effort
You've tried to fix it. You've read the books, done the work, made the changes. And something keeps pulling you back.
Knowing what to do — and still not doing it
The gap between knowing and doing is not a motivation gap.

"The moment the pattern is gone, the capability that was always there becomes fully available. Every time."

holding you back —
in 45 minutes.

"Most people come in not knowing exactly what to say. That's fine — the session is designed to find the right question, not assume you already have it."
